Non-organic produce is loaded with fungicides that may harm human hormone systems – four of the five most frequently detected chemicals are fungicides fludioxonil, pyraclostrobin, boscalid and pyrimethanil. Are you cooking your organic food in toxic chemicals? Nonstick cookware is coated with Teflon, which includes thousands of nonstick, stain-repellent and waterproof compounds called PFAS (per- and poly-fluoroalkyl substances). These forever chemicals can be linked with cancer, weight gain in children, increased cholesterol, and reproductive and immune system harm. So, ditch the plastic and nonstick and make a switch to better options like glass, ceramic, stainless steel, and cast iron.
